   Welcome to 100X Hub (“We”, “Our”, “Us”), a Christian Business Community. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 100x Hub’s website, mobile applications, and other related services (together, the “Service”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility
   By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 18 years old and that you have not previously been suspended or removed from our Service.
3. User Accounts
   In order to fully use our Services, you are required to create an account with us. During the account registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
4. Content and Conduct
   Our community is a Christian Community. We expect you to uphold the values and principles of our community while using our Service.

100X Hub assumes no liability for any content posted, stored, or uploaded by the users.

You shall not:

Post content that is harmful, offensive, threatening, or violates the rights of others.
Post advertisements or solicitations of business without our prior written consent.
Impersonate any person, business, or entity.
Post content that breaches any law or code of conduct of Australia.

5. Termination
   We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if we believe you are breaching our Terms of Service. We may terminate your access to the Service at any time, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.
6. Indemnity
   You agree to indemnify and hold 100X Hub, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any claims or demands made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
7. Governing Law
   These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

   We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend or replace these Terms at any time.

Welcome to 100X Legacy. At 100x.ly, we respect the privacy of our users and the importance of their information. Our privacy policy applies to both our website located at http://hub.100x.ly and and our mobile applications available on iOS and Android.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

We collect personal identifiable information, such as your email address, name, user ID and optional business name when you register for an account on our website. For app users, we collect device IDs for push notifications and other usage data for personalisation, app functionality and troubleshooting.

1.2 Usage Information
Usage data includes information about how the user accesses and utilizes our service. This includes browser details, IP address, access times, and pages visited within our services.

2. Use of Information
   We may use your personal and usage information in the following ways:

To manage your account and provide you with customer support.
To analyze usage and trends to improve our service.
For any other purpose communicated when your information was collected.

3. Sharing Information
   Please be reassured that we do not sell or share your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

   Protecting our user’s information is our utmost priority. We have implemented security measures commercially acceptable to assure the safety of your personal data.
5. Third-Party Services
   We use plugins and features provided by the BuddyBoss WordPress community plugin. This plugin is not operated or controlled by us, thus, we strongly recommend reviewing BuddyBoss’s own privacy policy2.

   We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track your activity on our website and store certain information.

   We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page.

9. Deletion of Personal Data
   Manual request for deletion of data can be made at https://hub.100x.ly/delete-account-request/ or you can delete your account from the drop down of any member’s profile hover to Account, then go to the drop menu option of Delete Account.  You will forward to the Delete Account page. After checking the box that you understand the consequences, hit the Delete Account button. 
   You can also go to the app “more” button, click on settings and scroll to the bottom there is a delete account button.
   For any requests to delete your login and personal data on the 100X Hub App (including your email, name and business information), please contact us at [email protected]. Data stored includes your personal information, any content you’ve posted and any courses you’ve completed.

This policy adheres to the Australian Privacy Act 19881 and might be updated as per the changing privacy laws of the country.
